Reversal ofthe electronic dobby revolution isprohibited inthe angle ranges shown atleft. Thereversal prohibition angle range varies witheach dobby, and thereversal prohibition angle position changes when theshedding cross timing ischanged. Thereversal prohibition anglerange intheexample shown atleft isasfollows: (Forward toreverse revolution): 90°to210°(Reverse toforwardrevolution): 30°to150° Iftheweaving machine operating direction isreversed within theangle range, thepattern becomes disorderly. Inthis range, operating switch functions arerestricted partially. (If theswitch operation for running, forwardinching orreverse inching isinthedirection toreverse the weaving machine operating direction, the switch operation isrejected.) Inthereversal (forward toreverse) prohibition angle range, machineoperation intheforward direction cannot bereversed tothereverse direction. Ifthemachine forwardinching operation isstopped within thisrange, forexample, thereverse inching switch operation isrejected. Inthis case, first gooutofthis reversal (forward toreverse) prohibition range byforward inching operation, andperform reverse inching operation then.Inthereversal (reverse toforward) prohibition angle range, machineoperation inthereverse 4.3.5Detailed Explanation onElectronicDobby REFERENCE :Refer tothe electronic dobby intheappendix fortheelectronic dobby unit. direction cannot bereversed tothe forward direction. Ifthemachine reverse inching operation isstopped withinthis range, forexample, theforward inching switch operation isrejected. Inthis case, first goout ofthis reversal (reverse toforward) prohibition range byreverse inching operation, andperform forward inching operation then.NOTE:With regard tothe forward orreverse inchingswitch, keep theswitch pressed for3seconds ormoretoperform inching inthedirection selected bytheswitch. Forced reversal ofthemachine operation inthisway, however, willcausedisorder intheweaving pattern. Depending ontheshedding crosstiming condition, thestop angle during reverse inching mayfall withinthereversal (reverse toforward) prohibition angle range todisable forwardinching from thatposition. Inthat case, touch[Map ]-[Motor].Shift thereverse angle during inching onthedisplayed screen tochange thereverse inching stop angle tooutside thereversal (reverse toforward) prohibition angle range.
